La Tour Rose

Very bad experience, dirty rooms, poorly maintained. We left the hotel for the night. 0 gesture from the hotelier, bad time from the staff.

Impossible to open the door with the code, we are given the code for the emergency key, we go home it's cold but we find the room pretty, until we see a broken curtain, the wallpaper damaged, the toilet door broken, the closet open with view on the stocks, seen from the window on the warehouses of the restaurants downstairs, very nice whirlpool bath but very damaged ceiling there must have been leaks. The ostrich lamp does not work, it is cold but an additional heater has been installed. The toilet's not very clean. You have to take 2 elevators and stairs, and pass through the premises of the restaurant to access the room is bof. It's not worth at all are prices. Too bad there are some nice assets.

La Tour Rose was one of the most fun and interesting spots in all of Europe during our 5 weeks there! The Tower itself is famous in the Old Town, as one of the beautiful inner courtyard highlights, and our room was just off it. It was the most spacious room we had all summer, and was filled with art and light. The proprietor was incredibly accommodating and helpful about absolutely everything, from where to eat, to how to tour all the local courtyards of the Old Town, how to get to all the highlights, etc. A fabulous find!
