Noisy hotel, the window did not close we enjoyed the noise of the road all night. Same for the noise on the corridor side. Only hotel or elevator makes a bell when you use it, what is the point in a hotel or by definition you come to sleep?! The room is good.

The host person has other duties and is away. When we arrive around 6pm we have to wait in the deserted hall or phone him. In the bathroom you have to put your things on the floor or on the toilet, no other solution. In the morning, the buffet sucks: no fresh bread, no yogurt, no more ham or cheese at 8am. It is pointed out to the manager who does not say a word and completes the buffet by whispering. The tray trolley is full and the trays hang out on the tables but the breakfast manager prefers to talk with the receptionist rather than attend to the guests. Parking is difficult to find and use if you do not know it. Of course on the phone or at the reception no clear information is provided and we find ourselves walking up the 4 floors of the car park because no elevator. No meals in the evening at the hotel and no indication is given to find a nearby restaurant. In fact, on a Tuesday night everything is closed in the city centre but nobody seems to know it at the Ibis. In short, we will never return to this ominous hotel.

Welcoming and attentive staff, clean room, although aging. Ideal hotel for a stopover because close to the city center. Good value for money. Take an underground parking space upon arrival at the reception.
