Radisson Blu Lyon

We had booked superior room and also got confirmation on this from the hotel per mail. Still they said there were errors in the booking technique and we went a worse but ok room. They refunded us the morning food. The room was clean and with good views but no closet space. The staff is lovely and the views are unique in the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast is average. Nothing special.

Avoid at all costs!!! In the middle of a heatwave, the air conditioning barely works.... For a room at $170. We were not warned that there was an AC problem! It’s a disgrace! I called the front desk to report it, but no one answered.

My partner and I had a fabulous weekend. The staff was attentive and truly pleasant! The view from the rooms and the restaurant is breathtaking!
