Please note that the hotel does not have parking. There is a parking lot on the riverbanks 200m away. Staff are truly smiling and kind. However, that is the only strong point. Room certainly dating from the 60s with a miniature TV. No double glazing, and even on the 5th floor, it is difficult to sleep well. Comfortable bedding, but everything needs a good renovation. I came 3 years ago and was told it was in progress. In the process of getting quotes, perhaps. No toilet brush, ridiculous, shower from another century, small paper cups on the sink, stains, dusting not done; we are not in a Pullman, certainly, but still. Breakfast is up to the Accor group standard, but the cheese and cold cuts buffet is sad to see, and as for the rest, it is bad. One evening I ask for a Coke. The young man brings it to me in a glass bottle. For payment, having Gold status, I am entitled to a welcome drink. So I use it, and he changes the Coke to a can. I found that really petty when you spend more than 50 nights a year in these hotel chains. It is even quite pathetic. I am being harsh, but the stay was so bad in every respect, and apart from the friendly reception staff, nothing justifies staying at this establishment. Even the Ibis Budget hotels do much better.

Old-fashioned hotel, poor insulation, nightmare night. The woodwork is still wooden and the double glazing dates back to the early 80s. Breakfast is also suffering from the crisis. Butter presented in a block, jams in large communal jars, soon it will be a family pension. Note that the staff is friendly.

The staff is very friendly and professional but the hotel really needs to be renovated. Mr. Accor do some work ahah.
