Great, easy, cheap 1 night stop over on a motorcycle trip through Spain and France back to UK, parking was safe but not underground lock up etc, rooms small but adequate for our needs, i booked 3 x twins and 2 x doubles, all very satisfactory.

I Booked this hotel, and since (they say) they made a mistake with the price they asked me 40 euros more for honoring my booking. So basically they put a price, if it is not fine with them they ask you more money or cancel you the reservation. Beware of this place because I would not put in danger my stay when there are plenty of hotels nearby that behave correctly. Basically they make mistakes, you pay more.

Not the prettiest hotel but I needed to be in Mont de Marsan for an early meeting - I chose the hotel for location. Staff were professional & pleasant. Kettle & makings for cup of tea were provided on request.
