Hotel L'Airial

We spent one night in this hotel with my wife and, overall, our stay went well. The hotel enjoys a very good location, close to the beach and shops, which is really appreciated. The possibility of having access to the parking lot is also a real plus, as are the bicycles made available on site. Breakfast is offered on site for €12, but we found that the selection was unfortunately quite limited for that price. Regarding the room, it was a little small. We also stayed during a heat wave, and the lack of air conditioning made the night quite difficult. A humidifier was provided, but unfortunately it was not of much use to us and did not make the room more pleasant for sleeping. It is a shame, because with this point improved, the experience would have been much better. The cleaning could also be a little more thorough and deserves more attention. On the other hand, we would like to highlight the welcome: the person who received us was really very pleasant, smiling, and welcoming. This was a real positive point upon our arrival. A hotel that has good assets, especially thanks to its location and its welcome, but with some improvements to be made in terms of room comfort and maintenance.

We stayed one night at this Pension at the Award of 77 euros on booking. The Pension has insecure private parking. The Pension is located 5 minutes drive from the center of Mimizan Beach. The rooms are relatively clean except for a few stains on the carpet. A mini fridge is available in the room. The bedding is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is functional but aged, there are traces of mold in the shower. All this should be refreshed. As the room was not air conditioned, we slept with the window open, but between the road noise nearby and the foul smells coming from the stationery, we were forced to close the window during the night. I did not know mimizan but because of these smells in the air I will not come back.

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay in the hotel due to an overbooking problem. However, we would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the team on site who went out of their way to help us find a new hotel! Thank you for your professionalism !
