Auberge des Pins

2 night reservation made and paid 6 months in advance (in February). Arriving on the spot, I am told that the manager did not write my resa on the notebook despite it being clearly indicated on their computer. The result: the hotel is full, I am told to leave the premises. 1 proposed solution: 1 hotel more than 45min by car, knowing I'm coming for a wedding and I'm pregnant. Lunar situation! 2 other couples arrived 5min after me: same! They must have left. We are told that it was the boss who made the mistake of noting that half the bookings on her notebook, that she is on leave and unreachable. I'm still waiting for my money back today. Run away if you don't want to get in the mood! It is an old hotel, without any organization, which works the old way but not in the good sense of the word! We wonder what the 3 stars indicated on the sign at the entrance...

Always as warm, wonderful welcome, atmosphere could not be more pleasant and cuisine worthy of a very high level restaurant. Nadine and Michel especially do not change. A huge thank you to all Christine Lilian Louis and Thierry
