Domaine de l'Agreou

Great stay! The location is particularly quiet, while being a stone's throw from the beach and the market, which allows you to do everything on foot. Thanks to the staff, always available, welcoming.

We came for 2 weeks as a family during the month of August and we had a very good stay. We were super comfortable in our apartment for 5, well laid out, clean, with bed linen and towels provided (a real plus)! The property is very quiet, the pool very pleasant and very large, and super well located between the beach 5 minutes away and the small town of Le Penon, everything is accessible in 5/10 minutes on foot. The property is very well maintained and with top-notch staff! The only things missing are a few activities (sports, evening events) to share with all the residents, as well as a slightly larger terrace slab for 5 chairs. We recommend it to our loved ones and will return.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ A magnificent site, but accommodations that would deserve a serious refresh We had a good vacation at this estate, which benefits from a truly magnificent setting. The site is pleasant, well-maintained, and very well located, in the immediate vicinity of the beach and the town of Seignosse. The pool is also very nice and pleasant, and the staff we met were generally very friendly and welcoming. On the other hand, we were quite disappointed with our accommodation, which did not really correspond to the photos presented on the website. The accommodations seem aging and would clearly need a good refresh and maintenance. In our accommodation, we notably noticed moldy bathroom seals, slightly broken tiles, spider webs in several places, as well as cleaning that left something to be desired upon our arrival. The general condition was therefore quite far from the image given by the photos on the site. Another point that surprised us: the "bar" offered on-site. It is not really a bar with dedicated service. It is essentially the reception staff who can serve a few drinks when possible. We also found that the people at the reception sometimes lacked information on the products offered and on external services, particularly regarding potential agreements with bike rental shops or surf schools. When we had questions about this, it was difficult to get precise answers. That being said, these various points did not prevent us from having a very good vacation, thanks in particular to the exceptional location of the estate: the beach is really very close and the town of Seignosse is easily accessible. Our advice to future vacationers: do not rely solely on the official photos on the website. We highly recommend that you also look at the photos posted by customers in their reviews, which in our opinion give a more accurate picture of the current state of the accommodations. In summary: a magnificent estate, very well located, with a pleasant pool and a friendly team, but accommodations that really deserve a renovation and more careful maintenance. With a good refresh of the accommodations and better information about the services offered, the experience could be significantly improved.
