BRIT HOTEL LE PREMA

A prefectural decree canceled the concerts due to the heatwave, a case of force majeure. However, the hotel refused any refund or commercial gesture and preferred to collect the price for the night. No empathy, no sense of customer service. A deeply dishonest attitude that absolutely does not make one want to return.

To be honest, I went the first time by "default" because my "usual" hotels on this area were full. When I arrive, I must admit that the hotel does not pay for mines, seen from the outside ("where do I land?"). Ditto arriving at the reception ("it stayed in his juice!...") In short, more and more apprehension... and then a charming person greets me and hands me the key. Great hallway (in her juice too), I open the door and there, super surprised! A recent, contemporary room, large and functional enough to work with the computer and very clean! Egg, reassured. Then I leave for dinner at the hotel restaurant (Le Prema). And there, again an excellent surprise! fresh, original dishes, I feast! Leaving the next day (it was the end of November) I think it's worth trying again. Something done in January: always nickel (reception, room, restaurant). We are in February and still satisfied. Even if now I no longer talk about experience, because it has simply become my hotel of record on Blois! Thank you to the whole team and see you soon in March.

Overnight at the hotel following emergency at Blois Hospital , Great Welcoming at the hotel and thank you to the bartender who helped my wife with a leg in plaster, to get out of the car at 3am . Thank you to the team for their kindness. I recommend this hotel whose room was very comfortable.
