The pool is photographed very generously in the brochure. The reality is different. Two strokes, if it is not overcrowded with children. For the size of the hotel, it is a small disappointment.

The room is clean and pleasant; however, it is impossible to rest during the day. The noise coming from the pool is unbearable; the latter, while clean, is too small and inaccessible: children screaming and jumping constantly. I think that steps should be taken to ensure that everyone can cool off and relax in good conditions, thus avoiding a campground atmosphere.

This hotel falls below the generally good standard of Novotel. I had to wait at the reception for around 5 minutes while the receptionist did other things before eventually checking me in - a very bad first impression. At breakfast many tables were left uncleared for quite a long time. Eventually a member of staff arrived who checked the food situation but ignored the uncleared tables. The management of this hotel needs to improve standards and get better staff if necessary.
