Abandoned and homeless by appart'city which had cancelled our reservation for no reason and without notice; we needed to find 3 nights urgently: fortunately there are conscientious and humane professionals: here you find yourself as if with family: BRAVO and THANK YOU to them for hosting at short notice those abandoned by another brand unworthy of trust.

Hotel not suitable during a heatwave: no air conditioning, nor ceiling fans, which forces the resident to sleep with the window wide open with the noise from the nearby road and no mosquito repellent plugs provided. A nightmare for my rest!!!

My partner and I had booked a room. No one was on site at 9:30 PM for check-in even though the automatic kiosk is only available starting at 10:00 PM. After waiting and calling the number, we finally got our room. It is in a pitiful state like every former Novotel in the group, but the worst part is that the cleaning has not really been done for several months... Despite this, we decided to settle in so we could rest from the long trip we had taken. It was impossible to get drinking water anywhere in the establishment; the faucet is broken and only sends out hot water, and the water fountain has been empty since the beginning of the weekend (information provided by another unhappy customer). We had to settle for sodas because there are only sugary drinks in the lobby vending machine, the bar was closed, and no employee was available because of the World Cup final... This morning I met your receptionist who should not be in contact with your customers given their way of speaking and their obnoxious attitude. I think this kind of attitude is just as deplorable as the service received until now. We had to pay for the night at full price in cash and the next day a new bank charge of 50 euros was debited from us without having consulted us beforehand and without our agreement of course. After more than 10 days, we are still waiting for a refund of the overpayment.
