Very clean studio apartment. On our arrival it was well heated, which of course makes you happy if you check in in the middle of winter. The internet works well, the kitchen is a bit spartan, but is enough to prepare a salad or a snack/breakfast or to warm up a bit. The food has to be eaten at the desk, in warmer weather there is also a table with chairs on balcony or terrace available. The beds were okay, there is no hairdryer in the bathroom. The room was well insulated from the surrounding premises. Directly behind the hotel, however, the train passes fairly regularly, which can be annoying. The refrigerator is quiet, but a quiet dripping noise regularly comes out of the cabinet. Should be able to fade out. The outdoor area has now grown in well - for example with palm trees around the parking lot. We were surprised that the parking space cost extra.
