there is no A/C in this hotel!!!! only a fan on the table. with 37 degrees outside, the room was in direct sunlight at 4 p.m. even though I had requested a north-facing room given the weather; the night was therefore very difficult; the hotel is very aging but the rooms are clean; breakfast on the terrace in the shade is pleasant and the location right next to the convention center is a plus; parking space available

Very well located to radiate in Nantes on foot between the city center, the castle, botanical garden, showroom. Very convenient parking. The price is reasonable but the bathrooms and kitchenettes are aging. Comfortable bed and very convenient dining area. It still lacks a bedside table and a little effort is to be made on cleanliness. The elevator smelled bad during our stay and it is also aging...

Night space is good. The bathroom is very old and smells very bad... The lock on the bathroom door is broken and I didn't get soap in the shower.... Disappointed overall with this benefit. Breakfast very good, only flat: not enough seats.
