CAMPANILE NANTES SAINT-SEBASTIEN-SUR-LOIRE

Our room was robbed, including six on the top floor and more on the bottom floors. When we got back from the festival just a couple weeks ago. We went back into our hotel room only to notice our belongings turned upside down. Backpacks suitcases, all thrown everywhere. All our stuff scattered everywhere. Very valuable belongings were stolen, including electronics, jewelry, and many other stuff that we will never reunite with. Among talking to the other people in the other units, they went through the same thing. There is a camera above that should have gotten all of it, but according to hotel staff and the manager, we have to make a police report before they can view the footage. Which is ridiculous because this is their establishment and they are the one that should have filed the police report. To get into these rooms you need a key card, how they got into all of these rooms by just using break in tools doesn’t sound right. This was obviously an inside job from the hotel, staff and or manager. The staff and the manager was not helpful on getting the police report started, it was pretty obvious that they were in on it. I’m telling all of you that read this, stay clear away from this place.

Excellent choice for an early departure to the airport, located only a maximum of 20 minutes from the hotel. Very good value for money for this stop, both for the hotel and the restaurant. Free and secure parking.

A hotel in very good condition, especially the rooms which are clean, well equipped; the equipment being in the top basket of the Campanile standard Catering, dinner as breakfast very well also. Choice, clean equipment and for dinner a more diversified choice than others. All staff were polite efficient and smiling. A downside here perhaps: do not count on a pleasant outdoor setting, we are in the middle of a tertiary services area
