Park and Suites Elegance Nantes

The room smelled musty, moldy, and/or like sewage. There was no air conditioning, just an old fan that was absolutely insufficient in this heat. The biggest problem remains the location: the hotel is situated on an extremely noisy street, with bars and nightclubs right below. Not a very reassuring street, with many intoxicated people, homeless individuals, and altercations. It is therefore impossible to sleep with the window open due to the noise, but also impossible to keep it closed because the room stinks and it is hot. In the end, I hardly slept at all. This is by far the worst night I have spent in a hotel.

Earplugs left on the bed... indeed a sign of very thin glazing facing the street and somewhat noisy terraces even on the 4th floor. On the other hand, there is an unbearable smell in the hallways and the bathroom, with a backup of sewage odors. Comments indicate that this smell already existed in May 2026... Action is needed!

Very basic hotel and with many flaws, awful reception and nothing friendly, not giving all the necessary information, small room T2, awful mattress, bathroom light did not work, bathroom sink clogged, stayed two nights and did not clean the room! Do not repeat and do not recommend!
