The staff are always so welcoming and helpful. Since my last visit the rooms have been refurbished and made even nicer. They are always very clean. I was given a drink in recognition of my Best Western Membership. The room was quiet and comfortable as always. The hotel is vey close two two good restaurants at least and a shopping Mall and fuel station. The location of the hotel is very convenient for the highway in all directions. Three is a good friendly and efficient atmosphere. Very good value for money. Perfect for a short stay en-route to other places and close to the city if you want to explore by tram. Thee amenities are good for a short or medium stay.

A pitiful experience! To start we had to change rooms because toilets clogged, more dirt and mold on the walls, window and shower. Dirty toilet paper torn with dead spider ine and web.... L Other room was definitely a little better however the TV did not work and cleanliness to review. Although rates are affordable and there is no expectation of a suite, hygiene is the basis for welcoming the public and should be respected. Regarding breakfast there is very little choice however the few products offered is good. Small downside for the staff who are friendly and welcoming. First class finished for us.
