Large, cute, and clean room. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, but they provide a fan in the room. With the heat, we would have liked some air conditioning. The water cooler at the reception is excellent. Location close to the center and free parking. Honestly, we were disappointed by the reception staff: very cold, not at all kind or willing to give us information. Another disappointment is the breakfast, paid for dearly but absolutely poor. I have never tasted an inedible croissant in France, which I had to throw away. Everything was cold, tasteless, and with flies landing on the pastries and bread.

Booked 2 rooms on Bookings.com website at 18.27 for €192 less Revolut discount (€184.28).Arrived c. 30 mins later. For some reason booking hadn't been confirmed. The receptiinist offered to put a hold on 2 rooms. When we received notice that the booking was not successful, the receptionist confirmed our booking but at €230 ( He spoke to someone on the telephone explaining what happened and advised he could do nothing about the price). By reserving the rooms, they appear to have been taken off the Bookings.com website. This behaviour is unacceptable. The hotel had advertised the rooms at €192 when we attempted to book through the Bookings.com website c 30/35 mins earlier. Hotel itself is fine but I expect much better behaviour from a hotel chain and would welcome a published response. What is the hotel group's policy/charter.

We came on the weekend of November 1. We came as part of a wonderbox, being 2 adults and 2 children we had the opportunity to have an extra bed without problem. Sylvie welcomed us with kindness and sympathy. She was during our stay in the small care. Breakfast is great with choice and fresh and local products. The rooms are clean and very nice. We are delighted with this stay!
