After booking online and bank validation, we left for the ACE Hotel in Roanne. Our reservation was not found in the computer system at the front desk. We were well assisted by the receptionist who did her best for us, and in the end, we spent the evening at this hotel by paying for a "new reservation" at the front desk. If the first transaction were to take place in the following hours, the person will do what is necessary to cancel it. This young woman was professionally perfect. I recommend this hotel, which is also very clean and the room is quite comfortable.

Very good welcome, triple room very spacious and clean, perfect bedding, bathroom with a fairly large shower. Hotel is really quiet and monitored at night. Very good breakfast, varied and hearty. Excellent value for money. Everything was perfect

We come there every year. We stop there for two nights before continuing our journey. In fact, we were never disappointed: Great location, quiet and clean. The staff is very attentive!
