Best Western Hotel D'Arc

I would have given it a 5, but since the air conditioning was out of order, I gave it a 4. From a hotel like this, one expects that malfunctions are repaired promptly. I must say, however, that the hotel recognized a refund for the inconvenience. Spacious and clean rooms. Very well furnished and with a comfortable bed. Very convenient location for visiting the city. Extremely friendly staff.

Location good but smelt in reception of drains staff could have been more informative room was cold on entering Good size room but no view but was at the back Breakfast basic

Very decent room, clean, in the heart of the city and quite quiet, very good bedding But don't have to have a problem in the evening because I rang the 9th several times after 9pm and no answer Breakfast just average for standing - scrambled eggs not good, low-end ham
