We just spent one night in this apartment/hotel on the 3rd floor and everything was Ok. The room is large enough for 2 with a small folding table and a small round table. Coffee pod, small bottle of water, tea and free cupcake. The double bed actually consists of two single beds which does not bother at all. Comfortable bedding, duvet and pillows! Key collection was very simple (email well received by booking directly on their website and more cheap than via B.) knowing that the reception is closed on weekends from Saturday afternoon. We were not cold in the room contrary to some comments. Soundproofing ok regarding our room also It is really excellent value for money for 40 euros a night! (However according to their sign in the hall depending on the season the price may be higher or lower) You are right next to the conference center, line 3/4 and 7 conference center right next to Orleans station (feasible on foot). A City crossroads and a post office are right next door. The parking indicated at the reservation had enough space, we could park easily (and free since not paying from Saturday noon on weekends) Otherwise, the property offers a daily rate (8 euros) if you are staying with them. One thing's for sure we'll be back! Thanks to you.

We booked here for a sunday night. We received an email saying: if you check in late or on Sunday, call this number for entering details. We’ve had this before in other hotels. Once you are near, you call and they give you an entering code. We called and got an answer machine. Office is closed. No room although it was payed in advance. The email never mentioned that we had to call during office hours. Just to warn other travellers.

Our room was hot and noisy; no air-con and impossible to block the traffic noise by closing the window because of the heat; the winter duvet (in mid-June) didn't help matters. Other than that, the room is basic but fine. It's convenient to have a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, kettle and a microwave. Cleanliness level was satisfactory. The shower, like the room, is basic but serviceable. Overall an OK overnight stay, nothing more.
