Inter-hotel Le Quercy

Here for a family wedding. Hotel very basic. Rooms clean. Parking awful. Breakfast not great. Absolutely no extras in rooms. No drawers to put clothes. One small wardrobe. One kettle no coffee or tea in rooms. Beds hard. Don’t go if you cannot walk very well. Steps only no lift. The surrounding pool area is very run down. It’s really just a small garden with rickety old chairs. The bathroom was minute and had very worn tiling on the walls which was unsightly. The only thing I would say about this Hotel is the manager is helpful. It’s a run down hotel that does fit well with its three starts only. I wouldn’t revisit I’m Afraid.

The reservation was made by phone as the hotel did not answer emails. We had a pleasant experience during our stay except that we paid 7 euros more per room than the agreed price. The operator would not listen to us and we did not have written evidence. Disappointing!

Very good value lodging with ample free outdoor parking (€5 per day for garage parking). Well located to walk to restaurants, bars and sites within Souillac. Early check in was provided without hesitation. Friendly and helpful staff who all spoke English. Big bathroom and large room provided.
