Very nice hotel but avoid it during a heatwave. It is not air-conditioned. We were very, very hot!

Passing through Angers for one night, we dropped off our bags at this charming hotel, right in the heart of Angers. The neighborhood as well as the hotel are very quiet; it is truly soothing. The welcome is warm, the room is clean and spacious, with minimalist decor, but full of charm. Two small points to improve: * The hallways, a bit gloomy, painted in red and black... a total inconsistency with the charm and atmosphere of the place. * The absence of scrambled eggs at breakfast... 😭😭😭 Aside from these two details, a very nice place for a stopover in Angers! 👍

Well-located hotel with charm. Pleasant staff. However, the room is dilapidated and the cleanliness of the place leaves something to be desired. Wallpaper peeling off, paint chipping almost everywhere, shower almost clogged, stained headboard. Keeping the old does not mean letting it fall into disrepair.
