Location is good, it is in the university area. A good budget supermarket across the road. 15-20 minutes walk to the centre but it is an enjoyable experience exploring different streets and architecture on the way to the centre. The room was very comfortable with the well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Very functional bathroom (although a bit hot in summer. Although there is no air-conditioning there is a fan which helps. Breakfast - delicious, plenty of choices for various tastes. Staff - amazing, very friendly, professional and caring.

The structure is a cross between a residence and a hotel. It is located in a convenient position to visit the city center and the main attractions. Paid parking is available to reserve or on the street, always paid, free from 8 PM to the morning. Spacious room with kitchenette, comfortable and large bed, functional bathroom, good cleanliness. Varied and abundant buffet breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. Convenient luggage storage. Recommended.
