Inter-Hotel De La Saulaie

We arrived on Thursday, August 20th around 11:00 PM, in room no. 24 on the ground floor. Upon entering the room, the heat was unbearable! We knew there was no air conditioning, but given the temperatures of the last few days which had dropped significantly, it was not possible for it to be this hot. We therefore decided to open the window immediately to cool down the room. Unfortunately, the room is located on the parking lot side, with guests in front of the hotel entrance smoking! I will let you imagine how pleasant the smell of cigarettes is in a room... Fortunately, there is a fan in our room. We quickly realized that this heat was coming from the floor; the floor is very hot in almost the entire room! As if there were very hot underfloor heating! We quickly realized that the heat was not going to go down during the night, since the hotel's hot water pipes run under our room! Given the time we arrived, we knew there was no one there to change our room. We almost left to sleep in our car because it was so unbearable, especially with the smokers in front of the hotel... For such a room, your establishment absolutely does not deserve your 3 stars! It is shameful; it is a good thing we did not have small children with us! NEVER ACCEPT ROOM 24 IN THE SUMMER!

Several stays in this hotel which is very good but just lacks air conditioning because it is very hot in the hallways and rooms and maybe a drink and coffee vending machine.
