Hotel ideally located in the city center. Strengths: Good bedding, very good breakfast, professional and courteous welcome and service. Despite its location on a very busy square, good soundproofing from the outside Weaknesses: small room with small windows, a bit dated, the bathroom could use a refresh and a bit of modernity. By chance, it was a coincidence that made us stop in front of Hotel Cristal, perfectly located in the heart of the city and on the banks of the Loire. A very friendly and attentive welcome. A room for two, impeccable with a view of the back of the establishment. But with the heat, with the window open, there was no noise and we slept well. A small bathroom with a shower and toilet. Television and fan available. The bedding is excellent. We then enjoyed the restaurant of the establishment in the evening. And since we hardly eat in the morning, we did not take the breakfast option, but the staff happily served us coffee and chocolate croissants at our request for a very reasonable price. On the other hand, the establishment is classified and there is no elevator for the upper floors. However, it is with kindness that the staff wished to carry our luggage up for us; well, we are not that old. I recommend it.

Very good family dishes at very reasonable prices. Service was quite fast and professional.
