The structure is a cross between a residence and a hotel. It is located in a convenient position to visit the city center and the main attractions. Paid parking is available to reserve or on the street, always paid, free from 8 PM to the morning. Spacious room with kitchenette, comfortable and large bed, functional bathroom, good cleanliness. Varied and abundant buffet breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. Convenient luggage storage. Recommended.

To get to the aparthotel from Angers Saint-Laud station, take the tram line A towards Avrillé Ardenne and get off at the Saint-Serges Université stop, which is 7 minutes by transport. Then you have to walk 5 minutes to find the residence. Nearby you can find a cinema of 12 cinemas, a supermarket, a pharmacy... we are 15 minutes walk from the city center. We had a warm and friendly welcome. The staff was always attentive during our stay. We chose a small apartment for 2 to 4 people with a living room (comprising a kitchenette with a bar, a small sitting area with sofa bed and a dining area with tv), a separate bedroom (with a large double bed, a large closet with shelf and closet and a tv) and a bathroom with toilet. This apartment was spacious and bright. Garbage bags and toilet paper are provided. In the bathroom there were 2 large and 2 small towels, a bath mat, a tissue box and a hairdryer. In the cupboard of the entrance there is a small broom with dust collection on the other hand it lacks a mop or other to mop the water on the ground after a shower. The microwave was in poor condition and the fridge had a problem of closure because of the freezer which no longer closes well either. On the ground floor it is possible to have breakfast which is priced at 16 € per person.
