Disappointing stay considering the price charged. The room was particularly small, and the bathroom did not have a ventilation system, or it was broken, which made it quickly humid and unpleasant. The view was also very disappointing: directly onto the wall of the neighboring building as well as onto a kitchen exhaust pipe, with the associated odors. Regarding breakfast, at 9 AM a large part of the buffet was empty. We had to wait for the staff to restock before we could eat, which is unacceptable for a service included in the room price. In the end, the value for money is not satisfactory. The only positive point of this establishment remains its accessibility and location.

Hotel small and simple, the rooms are comfortable and the service is well reduced - basically a attendant at the reception and ready. Despite being in the centre of Reims and you can enjoy the area on foot, the noise during the night and early in the morning makes me not want to go back to this hotel

Looking for a hotel? Avoid this one. On paper, the hotel appears to be an idyllic destination*** Actually? The decoration is overloaded & dark. Arriving in the room, the door does not close normally, we are forced to slam it so that it can be engaged. We want to open the window and see the view... view of a wall & a huge pipe accompanied by the noise of ventilation of the hotel restaurant. It is impossible to keep the window open due to the noise & smell of frying despite the unbearable heat of the room. Start the air conditioning? Air conditioning mode is apparently inactive. If you want to sleep in the dark, provide an eye patch as the curtains currently in place do not close properly and do not obstruct the room. There is very little furniture in the room & the little that is present is damaged or not functional. Cleanliness? At first glance, it looks clean if you forget the few hairs in the tub. Provide a handlebar for the bathroom, this is not provided. Also plan several round trips to the reception, the magnetic cards that give you access to the room demagnetize in fear. After slamming the door very hard checking that it was closed, a little walk in Reims is offered to us... on returning... card again demagnetized but no need for it since the door is not slammed. The room staff went through our room without asking for this service and without closing the door. We've notified the reception. The hotel offers a housekeeping service on request, if you do not put the sign on the door, there will be no housekeeping. Breakfast? What do you say? Nothing extraordinary. Apple juice & orange juice are good. We award 1 star for the kindness of the staff at this hotel to whom we wish all the best. Hats off. In short, if you really want to come to this hotel, avoid room 504 and all the ones overlooking this same side. In conclusion, we strongly advise against this hotel & we will not return.
