We are sold a nice room, and on arrival room in the attic, on the top floor, stairs all wrong, tiny room, attic with beams above the bed 15cm from our head, super dangerous. Really nothing to do with the photos posted on booking. No cover sheet, just a mattress protector all stained + yellow halo, wiped stained with blood. Really shameful. 0/10 I strongly advise against and what is sure is that we will never go back!

We stayed one night in this hotel via a Wonderbox. The room and bathroom were clean. It was very hot in this cold weather. We had a welcome arriving toppissimo and the hostess who took care of us at breakfast was really great too! Thank you for giving a great welcome to our little dog and thank you for your advice walks. It was great!

No H24 welcome service for a downtown hotel!!!! Basic room product looking clean. I write “appearing” because the shower joints, the taps and some walls leave completely to be desired: -black seals, - very damaged taps with missing elements, traces on the walls. And the icing on the cake: the person at the reception at the time of departure with an unprofessional outfit at all, if not pro she could have been at least correct. And above all, not even a nice exchange.
