Very bad experience, Aging hotel certainly, but above all: Air conditioning broken, toilet bowl broken in the room, breakfast to be avoided, product not fresh. Staff who spend their morning without tidying up the breakfast area. We are really looking at a problem. Too bad it is well located but completely left to abandon.

Horrible hotel, the rooms are dilapidated and very dirty, grime in the bathtub, the seals are yellow and black, no stopper to plug the bathtub, you can barely fit in the toilet... it is unacceptable Grime on the baseboards too Really everything needs to be redone and there are even missing outlets where the space for them exists Truly unacceptable to offer this hotel The parking is also paid and what can one say about the parking, filth and pallets Really dirty on every level

I had reserved and paid (via Hotel.com) for the room on April 5 for three days from June 10 to June 12 for a conference. On June 10 at 11 a.m., the reservation was canceled without reason and without explanation; it is scandalous... Fortunately, Hotel.com found a hotel room, but it was far from the standard... zero stars. It was the only one left... I went to the Europe Hotel and Spa to get explanations, but there was no manager... I simply understood by seeing the rates that had doubled... In fact, they canceled my room on the same day even though it was paid for (and non-refundable) to re-rent it at double the price (due to the conference); I do not think this is legal... so never book at this hotel because until the last minute you can find yourself without a room. Avoid it and especially stay away.
