Staff who do not understand French, bathroom leaking into the room, toilet that lifts up. Thieves, they say we did not pay for one night, but we did pay, door that has difficulty opening despite the card.

Only positive point: bedding. Mold in the shower, stained comforter, the noise from the road next door (as if the window is open all night), non-blackout curtains, bugs in the room, no shampoo or hand gel, receptionist VERY difficult to understand.
