We booked this hotel very last minute because our original accommodation did not have AC. We really loved this hotel and had a great stay. The AC worked wonderfully and was a big relief during the heatwave. The staff were all very helpful and nice. They let us store our bags until our room was ready and even got us into our room early and held our bags for us on checkout day while we did another tasting. We also rented ebikes and they let us store them for a bit after the company dropped them off and before they picked them up. The location is absolutely perfect. You are just around the corner from the Avenue de Champagne and an easy walk into Épernay or to the train station. The room was clean and cute and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
