Mercure Reims Parc des Expositions

The hotel was fine. Something you can expect for this price and the two stars. However, communicating with the staff was not doable as they refuse to speak English. When we walked to the room, there was an extreme smell of sweat in the hallway from the cleaning lady who was walking around there. The smell was so intense and foul, it even hung in the room. Also, our bedding smelled like this air. There were hairs on the toilet, the shower was full of mold and there were bugs all over the bed. Report this to the staff. She's come upstairs and smelled too. She also indicated that it was dirty. She would ask if we could get a refund or at least a part of it. As expected, the woman who was talking about this just sat in her chair. She didn't speak to us. What they did was laugh and look at us. When the girl came back with your message that they wouldn't give us anything back, we went straight back. 3x nothing this. Not even for the money and the stars. A fat 1.

Booked with accidentally wrong date. There were still rooms available but they refuse to start the booking. You can only make a reservation again. They don't know customer friendliness here.

As usual, perfect hotel. We had a great time. The people at the reception do everything to satisfy our requests. Thank you very much Barbara, Ingrid and Jennifer. The rooms are nickel. We'll be back next year. Marie-Laure and Alain.
