Quality Hotel Reims Cathedrale

Magnificent hotel. Very comfortable. The rooms are magnificent. The pool is very enjoyable. The welcome is warm. The breakfast is hearty. Foosball and billiards available.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Four Points by Sheraton Reims for making our 20th anniversary stay so special. I studied in Reims 25 years ago, so returning to this city after so many years was already very meaningful to me. The hotel’s thoughtful arrangement, especially the lovely suite, added another unforgettable memory to this journey. Everything felt warm, cozy and welcoming. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with lovely areas to relax and a very good breakfast. The location is also excellent — only about 700 metres from Reims Cathedral, making it easy for me to revisit the cathedral and the neighborhood where I once lived, while also being convenient for the train station, shopping and our Champagne visits. Most importantly, we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. A special thank you to the Front Desk, Housekeeping and F&B teams for your kindness, attention and hospitality. After 25 years, coming back to Reims felt like reconnecting with a part of my own history. Thank you for making this return — and our 20th anniversary — even more memorable.

An absolute wonderful stay at this rather underrated Bonvoy property. We were welcome with the most genuine, warm and friendly way possible by Jonathan and Tina. Throughout the stay, Amhed, Rina and Mideline assisted with our million questions and requests and made it seem effortless, and yet all made us always feel like we could count on them. As Bonvoy Titanium member, I do stay in hotels more than I wish to and although I shouldn’t always compare my stay, this was probably one of the better one this year. I would not hesitate to come back here if I visit again.
