We stayed here for one night each way on our trip to Switzerland. Easy to find just off the motorway. Very quiet, spacious rooms, modern decor and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was very welcome.
Check in was easy and on both occasions the receptionists were very welcoming and efficient.
On our first visit, a Sunday, we visited the bar before dinner but there were no staff to be seen. We had to go to reception and even after paging we had to wait a considerable time before a very surly young lady arrived to serve our drinks. On entering the restaurant again we had to wait whilst the server carried on moving equipment to another room, that could have been left , surely guests come first. The menu was very limited to begin with, and some things were not available. Service was extremely slow.
On our second visit, a Monday, I am pleased to say that the service was much improved and we enjoyed an excellent meal. We did not have breakfast.
