The hotel advertises a partnership with a parking lot offering a rate of $9 for 24 hours. Unfortunately, this does not correspond to the reality of my experience. On the morning of my departure, the parking reception was closed. It was therefore impossible for me to have the ticket provided by the hotel validated in order to benefit from the preferential rate. I finally had to pay the full rate, while suffering a 40-minute delay for my professional appointments (and I was not the only one in this situation!). I contacted the hotel reception to ask for help. The person on the phone simply replied that she was going to check with the parking lot, then hung up on me without even taking my number to call me back. I obviously never heard back. A particularly disappointing lack of professionalism. The breakfast is also very disappointing, especially given its price (about €18). The cold chain is clearly not being respected: the fruits and vegetables remain exposed at room temperature (knowing that we were in a heatwave period) and are therefore completely dried out since no device to keep them cool is present. The eggs remain permanently on a heating plate, turn gray, and are swimming in a layer of grease. The small sausages are also dried out from staying warm in another pan. Being pregnant, I could not eat anything due to the food storage conditions, which is particularly concerning. In view of these numerous malfunctions, this experience was very disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment!
