Motorcycle outing with friends (9 couples), decent hotel, the billing (a sketch surpassing fiction) took more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to explain to the staff present (4 people) how to charge the bill individually, due to a deposit of 335 euros. Even with the presence of an accountant and merchants among us, nothing could be done; I would like to see the accounting books.

What a lovely stay! Friendly welcoming staff with a warm sense of humour. Clean comfortable well-furnished room (Superior Twin on ground floor with external private terrace with table and chairs). Plenty of parking, and easy to reach by car, situated 15 minutes walk from the lovely picturesque town of Auray. Booked directly via their own website for a great price. Would recommend this method especially if your French is good. Will definitely return!

Our 2 night stay was very basic. Our hearts dropped as we were shown our room. We had a ground floor room with a small window by the carpark. It was stuffy and hot, no fan was available. The room was clean but quite dark and needed refreshing. The bathroom was fine There was no internet for guests. It was very hot during our stay and when we asked for water one evening we were told by the only staff member to go to the toilets....while he watched the football in front of his fan! The gardens were very nice. The breakfast was fine as was the outdoor eating area. I am amazed that this hotel has such positive reviews and I would say that the published photos are very deceptive. We paid £177 for 2 nights which was way over overpriced.
