Club Belambra Les Portes de de l’Ocean

Hello I was lucky enough to have a premium room which is new and sometimes has a few startup issues but is very good Very kind team but the other accommodations are really old, impractical, if it rains you will be very confined The beach is beautiful and just a stone's throw away. Remember to bring umbrellas!

I would first like to very warmly thank the dining staff and the servers, who are efficient and always smiling. That is the only positive point. Reception: upon our arrival at 5:00 PM, rooms were not ready. We were told that as soon as they are ready, we will call you. If I hadn't gone at 6:40 PM to ask if they were now available, I think we would still be waiting. Show, please change the team, have you noticed the occupancy rate? It is true that Monday evening was the worst!!! If the children do not go to the Club, it is almost impossible to see the 2 puppets; they do a quick 3-minute tour and then leave. No time to take a photo with the children. This is different compared to other Belambra locations. And then the highlight of the Club: We had 2 premium rooms and the A/C was not working. I went to the front desk to ask for explanations and I was told that it was a management decision. Thanks to the director who was very discreet during our stay. Perhaps in his air-conditioned office. Thanks also to the entertainment team for replying that the activities are posted on the wall at the reception entrance. I think someone should explain to them a little better what the word "entertainment" means.

Not great... Little entertainment...average food...old-fashioned accommodation... Outdoor area not maintained... In July and August it must be very noisy because the accommodations are close to each other. Nothing like the photos highlighted because the renovated accommodations are under construction. Overall disappointed with the club except for the very beautiful pool
