Well-equipped studio with everything necessary for cooking, bedding in good condition, and a well-soundproofed studio; the 3-month stay went very well. I recommend it for short or long stays.

Studio rental for 2 months as part of a professional mobility. Quiet, well-located in relation to the roadways and the center of Vannes. With access to the pool after the workday, it was greatly appreciated. The only downside was that the gym needs to be updated.

I rented this apartment from September to June during my studies, and I am generally very satisfied with it. The accommodation was very good: quite clean, functional, comfortable, and well-located, which made my daily stay enjoyable. Communication with the managers also went well. The only small point to note concerns some neighbors who did not always respect the neighborhood, sometimes making a bit of noise late into the night. However, this remains understandable since we all live in apartments, and it is difficult to completely avoid occasional disturbances. Overall, I recommend this accommodation without hesitation for a student stay.
