Excellent restaurant. Prawn 🦐 and monkfish 🐠 skewer, a delight, €37. Delicious Jeanne d’Arc plum ice cream 🍨, €14. The setting is rustic with exposed beams. The welcome and service are perfect 👍. But why play loud music 🎵 with remixes of old French songs like Hervé Villard and others? The sound is too loud and it clashes. It is a restaurant that aims to be upscale, but the music is a false note.

Very disappointed with my stay at this 4-star hotel. It was 27 °C in the room, with no air conditioning. Only a fan was provided, which was largely insufficient for sleeping comfortably. The refrigerator was not even working. The breakfast is decent overall, but given the price asked, I expected better. There was no fresh orange juice, only industrial juice, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel-restaurant. Furthermore, no staff member was present in the dining room during breakfast. For a 4-star hotel, the services are not up to the prices charged. The value for money is disappointing. I will not return.

Superb establishment, very good meals, and a very nice service team.
