Suitehotel Lille Aeroport

Due to car trouble we unexpectedly ended up at this hotel and we are extremely happy that we could stay here. Mohand and Laetitia have received us very warmly and did everything to put us at ease. They arranged two rooms opposite each other, which was ideal for our family with two adults and three children. Despite the unpleasant situation we felt immediately welcome. We could also eat in the hotel in the evening, which was a huge relief after a long and stressful day. Our children had a great time with the foosball table and were completely happy with the gift they received on arrival. Those kind of little attentions really make all the difference. The breakfast was delicious and extensive, with plenty of choice for both adults and children. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's just off the highway, making it an ideal location for a stopover during a trip or when, like us, you unexpectedly need a place to stay. Thank you again to Mohand, Laetitia and the whole team for the great hospitality and excellent service. You've turned an unpleasant situation into a pleasant experience. We highly recommend this hotel!

I have stayed at other ibis styles without problems but this one... It is true that the double bed is comfortable, the extra bed is a little small but that is not the problem. They knew we were coming since they sent us an email to confirm it. We stayed as three adults; the day we arrived after the trip we wanted a shower, there were only two large towels, a walk to reception to ask for more, the next day they gave us two large ones and one small one, another of the days they gave us three small ones and one large one, seriously?? The hand soap is nowhere to be found since it was empty and they did not refill it any of the five nights, the sheets on the extra bed were torn with holes, when they made the bed did they not see it to change it?? And the breakfast is a bit poor, they took a long time to restock if something ran out or they did not even restock it, if you can avoid it.

If I had to remember one thing about this hotel, it is the incredible team of friendliness and professionalism. We stayed 4 days in the hotel, and I teleworked in the common areas; therefore, we had a lot of contact with the entire staff, and we can testify to the extreme kindness and professionalism of the whole team, always a smile, attention, and impeccable service. We regularly visit Accor establishments and are often satisfied with the teams, but this team is above all. We felt very comfortable, like at home. Finally, the hotel and the rooms are well arranged and very clean; the free parking is appreciated. Thank you for everything! We highly recommend this hotel!
