I find it shameful to have such an establishment under the Ibis Style brand; this brand is a guarantee of quality, but the establishment is worn out, dirty, and in need of complete renovation. The price, however, is that of a hotel at the brand's standard.

This hotel is a 5-minute walk from Lille Flanders Train Station. The staff at the reception are very welcoming and helpful, reflecting the people of the North. Breakfast is very good quality. On the other hand, the employee present in the room is not proactive and attentive to customers. It is not acceptable for the 2 coffee machines in the room to display the message of non-operation and the need to empty the bin at the same time and for this to last more than 5 minutes at 07:30 in the morning. The rooms are unfortunately very small, the bathroom is tiny, sitting on the toilet I was stuck between 2 walls, I measure 1m85 for 100 kilos. The TV is fixed on a wall that is not facing the bed, it is not very convenient. I recommend this hotel only to travelers who are not too tall, too fat or claustrophobic.
