Very bad experience. When booking the hotel, I was clearly confirmed that there was parking available. The day I arrived, I was told “sorry, there is no parking”. This is unacceptable and dishonest. Staff did not suggest any solutions. Lack of service, total lack of seriousness and professionalism. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Surprise to find myself in Fives when I needed a room in the center of Lille. If the cleanliness is on the appointment, the TV remote doesn't have batteries, the bed threatens to collapse and I know what time my neighbor went to bed... In short, fraud seems to be the norm for the management of this institution.

To stay 1 to 2 nights ok. For more no. Soundproofing: hears its neighbors of next rooms below, we hear the toilet sanigrier neighbors. Side station a lot of noises at night fight etc... Clean room: linen levels etc impeccable No smoke detector. Corridor light turns on all night. Sanibroyeur: get back in the bathtub... Bedding: perfect Bathroom: Little shower gel for two nights. Room small enough for two. Welcome to the hotel: friendly despite the surprise of the roof. Cleaning lady: very nice.
