The hotel is perfectly located, a step away from the Grand Place, the Flanders station, and the areas with restaurants, cafes, and bars. The staff is very kind and attentive. The room is quite small (smaller than other Ibis hotels of the same category), the bathroom is functional, and the breakfast is decent. The elevator is super small. But it is so well located that it is worth it.

Pros: ✅ Ideal location: Located in the city centre, this hotel is perfect for exploring Lille on foot. Close to restaurants, shops and transport, it is a major asset for a short stay. Areas for improvement: ⚠️ Comfort and space: The room and bathroom are rather small, which can make the stay less pleasant over time. The bedding is fine without being exceptional – enough for one night, but not for a long stay. ⚠️ Parking: Be careful, parking is not practical! It is imperative to book your car park in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises on arrival.

Really had a good time. From reception with a top check-in. The rooms are really very clean, comfortable bed, equally clean bathroom and hot water ahhhh this is not the case everywhere.. And then really excellent breakfast with mention ➕ ➕ for the orange juice pressed minutes and very good waffles. The breakfast lady is super nice and helpful. Private parking right in front of the hotel (paying and booking in advance) and to finish the hotel is really 1 minute walk (real minutes) from the large square... I will go back...👍
