Located in the university district of Lille, quite calm, on a very tree-lined boulevard, just steps from the Citadel Park and a fifteen-minute walk from old Lille, the Résidhotel Lille Vauban is a good deal. The equipment is sufficient for breakfast and simple cooking. For a stay focused on city visits, one does not ask for more. Warm welcome and very available staff. A very reasonable quality-price ratio. The only downside is that the stay coincided with the heatwave week, and there, the lack of air conditioning was felt. It must be said that the Lille metropolitan area is not accustomed to these heatwaves, and neither are we.

Cleanliness of the room: a considerable effort is required (dust, floor, sheets) Furniture and sanitary a little old. Otherwise it remains a nice location, with very friendly staff and decent service.
