The hotel is conveniently located near the Palais des Beaux-Arts and not far from the main shopping streets. The hotel is clean and organised and the staff friendly and helpful. In particular Julia, on the reception desk, makes the stay special with her knowledge of where to visit, her brilliant English and helping at every opportunity and going above and beyond, like a personal guide.
