Olivarius Apart Hotel Lille Villeneuve D'Ascq

Another very nice stay spent in this apartment hotel. The duplex apartment is magnificent, as much for its decor as for its comfort; the plus is a magnificent terrace. A top-notch breakfast and the staff were kind and attentive. We will return with great pleasure.

The structure offers different possibilities of stay: rooms x conferences , courses etc. Then it has rooms only x overnight or even with kitchenette. Provides upon reservation breakfast for a fee. In addition, the property is located on the outskirts very far from the city of Lille where it is assumed to be the university area of the same. However, nearby there is a metro line that in ten minutes leads to the center of Lille.

- In the good: a very large apartment (super flex) 40M2. Nice modern decor and good bedding. They are pet friendly and there is a very large and closed parking. - In the least good: low light. very dim light (wall lamps or low light spots). No ceiling light allowing diffuse light. No curtain except blackout for the night. This allows the passer-by, when we are on the ground floor, to admire our room see SDB when we open them because no veiling. No kitchen utensils (silver, spatula, etc.). No broom except small shovel and wiper (for 40m2 it is light!) – In the worst: a persistent and stubborn smell of sewage. No dining table for 4 (2 pieces of separate worktop and modern coffee tables and design but not functional). Foamers and showers so tartared that we water everything except to wash. A fixed window overlooking the common areas equipped with Venetian blind that must be held closed to prevent all residents from seeing your interior. And to complete the “co-everything” it’s nice except when a band on a Sunday morning sings loud and clear to celebrate the birthday of one of them at 9:30! We enjoyed it!
