Perfectly successful business stay at the In Situ hotel in Valenciennes. I particularly appreciated the quality of the welcome, warm while remaining very professional. A big thank you to the manager, whose smile, availability, and professionalism contributed to making this stay very pleasant. The room was impeccable, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable, which is always very appreciated when traveling for work. Special mention also for the breakfast, which is varied, high-quality, and ideal for starting the day well. An address that I recommend without hesitation, both for a business trip and for a personal stay. Looking forward to returning during my next visit to Valenciennes!

A hotel to avoid. On the first day, I had a severe allergic rhinitis due to the carpet in the room. On the second night, at 2 AM, I woke up to the scream of a woman who came to see a guy in the next room; it lasted a long time until 3 AM with no intervention from the front desk. In the morning, the person at the front desk said they checked at 4 AM, but there was nothing, and they confirmed that it came from room 36, so they were already aware of the problem. I spoke with the manager upon her arrival; she was not surprised and had no reaction, and to my great surprise, there were no apologies from the manager or the front desk. For me, it remains a hotel to avoid.
