B'O cottage

Very aging hotel with damaged equipment in poor condition. Dirty sheets, very old furniture, cold pool... No air conditioning/no fan The price does not correspond to this standard of service. I do not recommend this establishment. Customer service does not listen to its customers and does not take feedback into account.

What a disappointment! The staff, friendly and smiling, does not make up for the dated appearance. What can one say about an establishment that boasts 4 stars but is not equipped with air conditioning or any means to block the windows. We are in Normandy, but we are no longer safe from heat waves at all. Result: a stifling night, where the temperature is around 30 degrees. The hearty breakfast is full of industrial products... too bad. The pool is open to children, so for relaxation, forget it! In short, first and last experience at this establishment...

Very good little weekend at the BO cottage, the setting is very quiet and pleasant. Very complete breakfast with good products, dinner was top-notch and excellent. The water play area is very good, not very big but complete with different types of jets and the plus is the terrace area with sun loungers. However, it is a shame that children have access to it because if there are too many people, it feels like the municipal swimming pool. They should look into installing air conditioning in the dining room and in the rooms. The fridge in the room is practical but noisy at night, bedding too firm as well as the pillows. But very happy with our stay
