Reception is present, with designer furnishings in our room, a separate toilet, a room with a single bed, a sofa bed, and a double bedroom, but the shower is accessible only from the double bedroom, so those sleeping in the single room and on the sofa bed must enter the double room to use the shower. Maintenance is optimal, the staff is kind, but the safe is broken. Otherwise, a great solution in a central area.

The worst disappointment ever. After visiting Paris many times, I have never felt so cheated and scammed. This is not a 4-star hotel at all — it has a few decent rooms, but others are absolutely miserable and disgusting. Do not stay here under any circumstances

I was really disappointed with this hotel. The bathroom was badly designed—the toilet was in a tiny space with no sink. The sink was outside, next to the shower, and both were poor quality. Noise was a big problem. Loud construction right next to our room started every morning at 7:15 a.m., with drilling so loud it sounded like a fire alarm. Some nights there was noise even around 12:30 a.m., so sleeping was difficult. Housekeeping wasn’t reliable. One day, they didn’t clean the room at all, even though I asked—they only brought a few towels. The hallways were narrow and often blocked by cleaning carts and supply bags. There were also homeless people hanging around the entrance from morning to late at night, which didn’t feel comfortable. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.
