I wanted to thank the hotel receptionist Francesca for her very elegant welcome. Her professionalism, her kindness, and her attention to detail enhanced my stay. An experience that I recommend without hesitation

We had a fantastic time. The hotel is located right in the centre of Paris, breakfast was outstanding - quality over quantity, guests have an option to enjoy their meals in a little outdoor courtyard. Our suite was very comfortable but what made our stay really special was the incredible service. The staff were very attentive and provided exceptionally efficient yet friendly service. Thank you to Brendan, restaurant staff, housekeeping and everyone else we met.

We have been regulars for 20 years and are always happy with the service.
